Denise Arevalo chose to work in family law while assisting a close family member through their own divorce. She witnessed first-hand the challenges individuals go through in a divorce and understood that one of the largest areas of concern was finances. Denise realized the importance a CPA and Family Law Forensic Accountant plays in assisting individuals to understand their financial needs and disclosures.

As a CPA at Yaffa Family Law Group, Denise provides financial analysis and financial investigations for cases, a comprehensive look at court disclosures, and understands client’s financial issues regarding marital dissolution.

Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Finance from the University of Miami. She became a CPA in Florida in 2018. Denise boasts over 20 years of accounting and finance experience.

Denise is a mom of 3 children, who keep her very busy in her off hours on the soccer field and in many sports. She also enjoys volunteering in the elderly community and helping youth organizations.
