Looking Forward: Building an Amazing Life

Simple Solutions

Happy Columbus Day! If you’re working, make it a productive day. If you’ve taken the day off, take some time to recuperate and make the day special for yourself.

Life is 50% good and 50% bad. Problems just happen. Unfortunately, you can’t control them – what matters is how you deal with them. This thought process will make you more productive and happier.

First, identify your problem. Stop for a moment. Do not dwell on it, define it. Determine the cause of this problem. Next, ask yourself “What’s the simplest solution to this problem?” If you spend your energy here, you’ll find out that the problem isn’t as difficult to resolve as you once thought.

Want long-lasting solutions? Here’s the secret: Work on understanding what caused your problem. Now, it’s your turn. Use this simple solution in any problem you may have and watch how you will become happier and more productive.
Stay healthy in mind and body and have an amazing rest of the week.
